As we step into the 1st week of 2010. We might wonder how this year will be? Exciting? Challenging? Life changing? Illuminating? But at the end of the day if it brings in more peace, bliss and harmony between individuals,Socities, communities and countries, it will be a year to look forward to.

Thanks Rocio. I wrote the presentation way back in 2003. But most of the principles, teories and concepts have remain unchanged over thelast 6 years. Only Digital as a medium has got its own set of definitions and metrics which is not covered in this presentation
